The following are two letters from Archbishop John F. Donoghue to Nancy on March 12, 2004 and May 6, 1998 giving her permission to speak outside of the Archdiocese of Atlanta. This is with the understanding that she will seek and obtain permission of the Bishop or Archbishop of the Diocese or Archdiocese where she intended to speak.
