You Should Not Be Hung Up On Words

Nancy was praying the prayer, "Oh, my Jesus please send us holy priests, all for the Sacred and Eucharistic Heart of Jesus, all through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, in union with St. Joseph." Nancy asked, "Jesus, please tell me if there is something wrong with that prayer." Jesus said, "Listen to George. He is being guided by the Holy Spirit." George said, "God, the Father, please send us holy priests, all for the Sacred and Eucharistic Heart of Jesus, all for the sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary, in union with Saint Joseph." "Saint Joseph is the patron of My church. At the end of the prayer you could say 'in union with St. Joseph,' or 'in union with My church,' or 'in union with the Holy Father.' " Nancy asked, "Do you have a preference?" "Any three are acceptable. My preference is My Church. My Church is in trouble because Satan seeks greater division. Some will prefer to say in union with St. Joseph; some, in union with the Church; and some, in union with the Holy Father. The main point is the union with My Church." Nancy said, "He sounded or seemed like He would just as soon not have given His preferance." George said, "He is allowing variation. He said you misunderstood Him about His preference. His preference is the Church. He has said that unity in His Church, this is what is needed." Nancy saw the suffering face of Jesus. Nancy said, "I don't understand." George said, "By giving options we better understand what He wants us to pray for. The intention is the important thing. What He wants to pray for is important." "You should not be hung up on words."
