You Must Let Me Lead

(August 26, 1990 30) Nancy had been discouraged by people not believing. Jesus said to Nancy, "Say the Creed." They said the Creed. Jesus said, "If you believe all these truths, how can you despair? What is there to be disheartened about? When you walk from Me you head to despair. As you go deeper and deeper in despair and get further away from Me, the less graces you have. "When you go down stairs, you don't count the steps that you take. It is easier to go down than to go up. The further you descend down the steps, the further you go from Me. You go into darkness as you descend down. Now, My light awaits you at the top of the steps. Isn't it harder to climb up? But when you do, you will find My light. Nancy, Satan is at the bottom of the steps in darkness. And I, Jesus, am at the top of the steps in light. Now children, is it not worth the effort to make the climb to Me? I am waiting there at the top with outstretched arms. "You must let Me lead. I am Jesus. Surrender."
