Prayer Brings You before Me

Around mid-morning, Nancy was at home praying and reading, preparing for the monthly apparition. As Nancy was opening a child's book on the Sacrament of Reconciliation, a great mystical light suddenly came into the room. The bust of the Sacred Heart of Jesus became engulfed in light. Nancy interiorly heard Jesus speak.

"Be childlike, honest, pure."
Jesus said, "I am all Truth. When you come before Me, be honest. Prayer brings you before Me. "Be childlike, honest, pure. If only My children would be children. "Share these reflections with My children." Nancy said, "But these words are from a child's book." Jesus replied, "Reflect on My words." Nancy had randomly opened the child's book to the pages titled, "About being truthful" and "About being honest." On the first page was the 8th commandment: "You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor." The questions for the reader that followed were: Did I tell any lies? Did I tell mean things about anyone? Did I like to listen to unkind talk about others? On the second page was the 7th and 10th commandments: "You shall not steal" and "You shall not covet anything that belongs to your neighbor." The questions for the reader that followed were: "Did I steal anything?" "Did I keep anything that did not belong to me?" Did I damage what belongs to someone else?" The page that followed was titled "Being sorry for sin" and contained the following words: "Before your sins can be forgiven, you must be sorry for them, because by your sins you have offended God, your Father, and because Jesus suffered on the cross for your sins. In confession you thank Jesus for having died on the cross so that your sins may be forgiven."
