November 04, 2009 Nancy, would like to recommend herself to your
prayers especially for November 20 and December 11
Dear Friends of Our Loving Mother of Conyers, GA. We would like to keep you
posted on Nancy Fowler's condition. She is hanging in there and offering all her
sufferings to God as she continues to undergo treatment like everybody else who
is battling cancer. She has her good days and her bad days. On one of the good
days, she manage to make her way to Church and during Mass had a rare vision.
She saw a vision of the Virgin Mary, Mother of God. No words were necessary. The
sheer beauty of the Queen of Heaven was enough to inspire her with greater
strength and courage to carry her cross after Jesus in order to bring souls to
His Sacred Heart. It is a very rare vision, for when Our Lady last appeared to
Nancy on October 13, 1998, she promised her that she would no longer see her
except in times of great need and this is certainly one of them, especially the
month of October, the month of the rosary. Just like Mary was there to encourage
Jesus by her love and presence when He was carrying the cross, so it is the same
with all those who invoke her intercession in times of Need.
The visionary of Conyers, GA, Nancy, would like to recommend herself to your
prayers especially for November 20 and December 11. Those two days are key dates
because she will undergoing a more intense treatment to fight the cancer. You
could offer Holy Mass for her on that day or perhaps well-said rosaries, or some
other prayer or sacrifice that she could make it through thick and thin and be
restored fully to health. In all things, Nancy has offered her sufferings for
the salvation of souls. Only heaven will we understand the value of suffering
when borne and offered in union with the saving sufferings of Christ.
Nancy prays for all of you and thanks all those who have donated out of the
goodness of their own heart to pay off some of the enormous medical bills. When
sending her a get well card, don't forget to put your name.
We leave for your meditation the famous prayer of St. Bernard of Clairveaux:
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary,
that never was it known
that anyone who fled to thy protection,
implored thy help, or sought thine intercession
was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my mother;
to thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful.
O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions,
but in thy mercy hear and answer me.
Amen.
