Love Me as I Love You. This Call Goes Out to All Mankind, to Walk the Way of the Cross

As the pilgrims sang the Fatima Song, Nancy saw mystical light come down into the apparition room. One saint after another appeared and the Blessed Mother appeared dressed in white. Moments later the wall turned a pinkish, scarlet color and the crucifix became luminous in bright white, mystical light. The image of Jesus on the crucifix was alive in brilliant light.

From the crucifix Jesus said, "Begin each day in your spiritual exercises by offering to Me your sacrifices. Offer to Me all your sacrifices of the day. When you do this, you will not be taken by surprise when I call upon you to give the sacrifice to Me. You see, you will then be in the state of preparedness, ready to offer everything to Me that I will ask of you.

"Live each day in the state of preparedness, ready to give all to Me. Live every moment for Me. You do not know the hour, the time when I will call forth for your sacrifice.

"Love Me as I love you. This call goes out to all mankind, to walk the way of the cross. The cross is your way to Heaven. The cross is your victory over the evil one.

"When you surrender your daily offerings to Me, you are surrendering your will to Me.

"My will for each of you [Jesus paused] is total obedience, humility and, the greatest of all, is to love [Jesus paused again] as I have loved you."

Nancy saw many saints in a glorified state appear and kneel facing the crucifix which glowed in brilliant light. Nancy saw the Blessed Mother again dressed all in white, with her head bowed and facing the luminous crucifix.

Jesus said, "You are seeing the saints who have run the race, kept the faith and have carried their cross for love of Me."

Nancy saw Padre Pio many times throughout the apparition. She also saw St. Joseph and many other saints, some of whom she recognized. In her heart Nancy desired to know a few more names of the saints who were appearing.

Jesus said, "St. Dominic, St. Francis, St. Benedict, St. Anthony, all the saints you have ever heard the name and many more. Many saints are not known to My children of the world. They are known only to Me alone. You know only some. I know them all."

Nancy continued to see many saints; it was impossible for her to count all of them. From the mystical image of Christ on the crucifix, Nancy saw the intensity of light grow brighter on the cheeks of Jesus. Then Jesus said, "You will be slapped many times. Rejoice."

Nancy prayed for the mercy of Jesus upon the United States and upon people in all nations.

Jesus said, "Seek My mercy and you shall have My mercy."

Day 1 - Rosary Novena for Nancy's Healing

August 6, 2009 - Feast of the Transfiguration

Today met with many distractions and trials for Nancy. In fact, she saw the evil one before the Rosary at 8 pm appear as a black little man and she knew he was behind the distractions. Yet, no matter how busy she was, she did not fail to stop at 8 pm and begin the 1st day of the Rosary Novena to the Mother of God for her physical healing.

After the Rosary, she attended Holy Mass. While the Priest was preaching, she saw an array of Heavenly light shining at certain points during the homily depending on what he was saying. In fact, at one point, she saw the Lord himself appear momentarily all in light behind the Cross near where the priest was preaching. It reminded us of the transfiguration. Truly, the priest represents Jesus on earth. How beautiful the priesthood is! God works through them to carry on his ministry of healing on earth.

After the Mass, as the faithful were singing the closing hymn, "Sing of Mary", the candles from the Altar were blown out. From among the billow of smoke created by the blown candle, Nancy went into ecstasy and in awe uttered repeatedly, "Miracle! Miracle!" She saw the Risen Lord appear in a glorified state, all in light, on the cross suspended in the air.

O God, at your only-begotten Son’s glorious transfiguration you confirmed the mysteries of faith by the witness of the prophets of old, and you miraculously prefigured what would happen when your adopted children were brought to perfection. Grant to us, your servants that we may hear the voice of your beloved Son and so desire to become co-heirs with him. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God for ever and ever.
